Last updated: July 16, 2026. The terms governing use of TourlyTransfer's booking platform and chauffeur services.
These Terms of Service govern the use of the TourlyTransfer website and the booking of chauffeur and ground transport services provided by TourlyTransfer, a licensed passenger transport operator based in Vienna, Austria (UID: ATU79435924). By submitting a booking request, you agree to these terms.
TourlyTransfer provides licensed private chauffeur services, including airport transfers, city-to-city transfers, hourly chauffeur hire, corporate ground transport, and private day excursions, operated using our own Mercedes-Benz fleet within Austria and Central Europe.
Quotes generated through our website are fixed prices for the journey details provided (pickup/dropoff, date, time, and vehicle class). A booking request does not require upfront payment; TourlyTransfer will contact you to confirm the reservation. Prices may change if the journey details supplied at booking differ materially from the actual journey (for example, a significantly longer route or additional stops).
Cancellation and modification terms, including free cancellation windows and no-show policy, are set out in full in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.
Passengers are expected to treat chauffeurs and vehicles with respect. TourlyTransfer reserves the right to refuse or terminate service in cases of abusive behaviour, illegal activity, or actions that endanger the safety of the chauffeur or vehicle, without refund.
TourlyTransfer maintains full commercial passenger transport insurance as required under Austrian law. TourlyTransfer is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including traffic, weather, border checks, or flight delays, though we monitor tracked flights and adjust pickup timing accordingly. Passengers are responsible for their own luggage and personal belongings.
Corporate accounts are subject to additional terms agreed individually at account opening, including invoicing cycles and firm-wide rate agreements. Standard consumer terms on this page apply except where a signed corporate agreement states otherwise.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes arising from the use of TourlyTransfer's services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Vienna, Austria.
